One of a group of 205 45 passenger New Look transit buses, affectionately known as “fishbowls” due to the unique 6-piece windshield purchased by the Connecticut Company during a 5 year period, this is an example of a 1st Generation New Look bus, built by GM Truck and Coach division from 1959-1962, replacing the Old Look bus.
This bus served the Hartford division until it was retired in 1986 and donated the museum by the Connecticut Department of Transportation.
